Below are some links to find where I post updates for the game. All the rooms in the demo are part of a larger collection of assets used for procedural generation. The demo, which will be linked at the bottom, is super small and showcases SCP-173 chasing you around a small map. Most human NPCs will be armed in some form, which means you will have a variety of combat options (guns, melee, maybe even some SCPs.). Now because the site was raided by another group, SCPs and other Foundation personnel are not your only problem. The narrative will flesh out as you play overtime with NPC dialogue, documents/audio tapes scattered throughout the map, and probably more. The core gameplay will be a lot like the original Containment Breach/Secret Laboratory, basically with the same objective escape the facility. SCP: SCS is not a 'story based' game in the sense of having a campaign with mission, etc., instead the narrative indirectly influences the core gameplay. Much of the narrative is still being worked on and I have a basic idea of how it will affect the gameplay but I don't want to give out to much in case a major point changes. The group believes that the GOC and the SCP Foundation are evil for containing/destroying anomalous entities and by doing so they are disrupting natural order. It takes place in a secret Foundation site, where a GOC splinter group raids the site and causes a containment breach. The game I'm developing is called SCP: Secure.
